About JCADA
JCADA is designed to address the unique needs of Jewish victims and their families in the greater Washington Jewish community. Founded in 1999 in response to a pressing need in the Jewish community, JCADA is a non-profit group allied with a host of organizations whose shared mission to assist victims of domestic abuse to become empowered and obtain safe environments as well as to educate the Jewish community about domestic abuse and appropriate responses to it. With the support, guidance and dedication of our advisory board, we are making great strides toward our mission of alleviating abuse with our three-pronged approach... prevention, education and support. JCADA is committed to providing high quality services to all residents of the Greater Washington DC Jewish community as well as the community at large without regard to ability, background, faith, gender or sexual orientation.
