STABILIZATION SESSIONS

If you or a loved one is in need of services, call 1-877-885-2232 and leave a confidential message. One of our professional service providers will return the call within 2-4 business days. Callers can be survivors of intimate partner violence seeking support for themselves or a loved one.

JCADA offers timely stabilization sessions. This service does not guarantee continued individual counseling at JCADA.

SAFETY
PLANNING

safety plan is a personalized, practical plan to improve your safety while experiencing abuse, preparing to leave an abusive situation, or after you leave. (National Domestic Violence Hotline)

JCADA can support you in creating an individualized plan to help keep you and/or your children safer in an abusive situation.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

JCADA knows that healing from trauma is not a linear process. Clinicians use survivor-centered practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing, and JCADA's Facility Dog, Tahoe. In addition to trauma therapy, some of our clinicians have expertise in other areas, such as grief, teens, and more.

There may be a waitlist for long-term therapy. Call or email us to inquire about stabilization sessions and groups.

GROUPS &
WORKSHOPS

Survivors find supportive community in groups and workshops. Groups are created in response to identified needs and may includehealing art space, yin yoga, resilience building, and groups for Jewish women, immigrant women, and moms.

All groups are virtual and are facilitated in English.
